Keyhouse Themes is a trading name of Sunwell, a registered business in Saint Lucia. These terms cover buying and using our WordPress themes. Questions: hello@keyhousethemes.com.

Buying

Our checkout, payments, invoices and sales tax are handled by Freemius, which acts as the reseller of our themes. When you buy, Freemius's own terms also apply to the payment. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your licence

• Our themes' code is released under the GNU General Public License (version 2 or later), so you may use, change and share the code under that licence. Fonts and other bundled files keep their own open licences, listed in the download.
• Your purchase gives you a licence key. While the key is active it gives you theme updates and support for the number of sites your plan includes.
• Please don't share your licence key or use one key on more sites than your plan allows. You can move a licence from one site to another at any time.
• The GPL covers the code only. It doesn't let you use the Keyhouse Themes name or logo, or present a copy as ours.
• Demo photos shown on this website and in demos are not included and may not be reused.

Renewals and cancelling

If your plan renews, it renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown in your account, and Freemius emails you before it does. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next renewal. If a licence ends, the theme keeps working on your site, but updates and support stop until you renew.

Refunds

If a theme doesn't work for you and we can't fix the problem through support, you can have a full refund within 30 days of buying. Email us with your order details. A refund cancels the licence, which stops updates and support.

Support

Support covers installing and setting up the theme, its features and its included plugin, and bugs in our code. It doesn't cover custom design or development, other plugins, your hosting, or your booking provider's own service. We aim to reply within two working days.

Other services

Booking providers, MotoPress Hotel Booking, maps and other services our themes connect to are run by other companies under their own terms and prices.

Liability

We test our themes carefully, but they are provided as they are. Keep backups of your website. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or income, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you buy or renew applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
