Haldane grew from a simple idea: a comfortable room, food made with care and people who know the place well. There is space to spend time together and space to be on your own. Our small team looks after the house, the kitchen and the gardens.

We buy from nearby growers and makers wherever we can, and choose menus around what is in season.

Drinking water is refilled daily. Bath products come in refillable bottles, and linen is changed when you need it.
